BURSARY DEPARTMENT

Welcome to the Bursary Department of the college, The College Bursary is one of the key administrative and organs of the College and the Financial section of the College. The Bursary department is headed by the Bursar, in the person of Mr. Bayagbon Emmanuel.

 

The department is in charge of keeping records of all financial transactions in the college and dissemination of all relevant financial information to the students. Other important functions are

  • Keeping financial records of all students at the College and other financial requirements.
  • Providing timely, accurate and reliable information for the Managements to assist in controlling various financial activities of the College on a day- to-day basis.
  • Issuance of cost lists (school fees breakdown) for both freshers and staylites for all levels of programmes.
  • Ensure collections and prompt payments of school fees for all levels of programmes in the College.
  • Acceptance fees is the first payment to be paid by all the new students before other fees.
  • Collections of other bills like Medical Screenings, O’ level results verifications, Course registration forms, Matriculation gown etc, must be paid along with the school fees.
  • School fees payments are to be made via the College Remita and other fees are payable into the College Bank Accounts.
  • The College only allows two installments on School fees Payments, 60% first and 40% balance payment to be paid in second semester.
  • The College charges N5, 000 as Administrative Charges for paying school fees twice.
  • No acceptance of cash payments, all payments are to be made into the College Bank Accounts
  • Fees paid are not refundable.
  • The Department ensures that no students owing school fees and other compulsory fees shall be allowed to sit for Examinations.
  • All registrations must be completed within one month of resumptions, failure to do so will attract a late registrations penalty of N5,000
  • The department issues receipts for all payments made into the College designated Accounts after the confirmation of such payments.
  • Any payment that is not confirmed, there will be no issuance of receipts.

 

In conclusions, all students are advised to seek clarifications from the Bursary Department of the College, on any of the Payments or bills they are not cleared about, to avoid making wrong payments, as fees paid are not refundable.
