MATRICULATION CEREMONY FOR NEW UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS AND POSTGRADUATE STUDENTS<\/b><\/h1>\n

The Matriculation Ceremony for new undergraduate Degree students and Postgraduate Students for the\u00a0\u00a02020\/2021 Academic Session\u00a0\u00a0has been scheduled to hold on Wednesday, 29th<\/sup> September, 2021<\/h3>\n

VENUE: College Hall.<\/h3>\n

TIME: 11am<\/h3>\n

<\/h3>\n

All concerned students are therefore enjoined to abide by the following regulations:<\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Matriculating students shall gather at College Car Park by 10:00 a.m. and be led by their School Officers in a procession to the Auditorium;<\/li>\n
  2. All matriculating students must be seated in the College Hall by 10:30 a.m. NO LATE COMING<\/strong>;<\/li>\n
  3. All matriculating students shall be in their complete academic robes;<\/li>\n
  4. Fresh students without academic gowns shall not be allowed to enter the Auditorium;<\/li>\n
  5. No matriculating students even with academic robes, shall be allowed to enter the Hall after the Vice Chancellor\u2019s Procession has entered;<\/li>\n
  6. All fresh students are mandated to come along with their\u00a0NOSE MASK NOT FACE SHIELD<\/strong> into the Hall and observe maximum COVID guildlines by maintaining social distancing.<\/li>\n
  7. All matriculating students should come along with a copy of their Students’ biodata form with their passport photograph affixed to the form or their Student’s Identity card;<\/li>\n
  8. All phones must be switched off throughout the matriculation programme as snapping pictures SHALL NOT<\/strong> be allowed until after the ceremony.<\/li>\n
  9. All matriculating students shall sign and submit the Matriculation Oath immediately after the ceremony; and<\/li>\n
  10. Matriculation register shall be made available and signed by all fresh students in the Hall.<\/li>\n
  11. All fresh students are to remain standing, while the academic procession leaves the Hall in reverse order.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
